KS3 - Religious Studies/ Education Lesson (RS) -How did religious believers respond to the suffering of the Holocaust? A ready to use Religious Studies lesson (from KS3 upwards) which is part of a module called “Can the Suffering of War Ever Be Justified”. This lesson is designed to encourage students to apply their knowledge to a specific case study: the Holocaust. Because of the video interviews this lesson will likely need two hours but could be cut down by removing some segments or only showing parts of the the clips if required. I use this lesson with my Y9 class as their third/fourth lesson in this unit. Fully editable and also includes a knowledge organiser for the unit.
